If you type $100 in the Section 1 box, Ascend will take $100 out of your Inventory envelope. You will now see the remaining balance of that envelope for your next inventory purchase. It’s a no-brainer.
Now that you have all this money growing in your Inventory, Sales Aids, Sales Tax and Catalog Mailing envelopes, it’s time to create an order!
When you click the Order button this window (screen shot) will pop up. It will help you spend and balance from your envelopes with a Click, Copy, and Save.
